Lightening & Highlights: your current hair condition, color history, or natural hair characteristics may alter our expectations on how your hair will process. It is important to share all color history with you stylist during your consultation.

Styling Adjustments: Sometimes the way your cut or style settles after washing and wearing it at home may differ slightly from how it looked in the salon. We’re here to tweak and perfect it for you.
How It Works
If you’re not satisfied with your service, here’s how it works:

Contact Us Within 7 Days: Let us know about your concerns within 7 days of your original appointment. This ensures your hair is still in a condition we can safely work with.

Schedule a Follow-Up Appointment: We’ll arrange a time with your original stylist (or another stylist if preferred) to adjust your look at no additional cost.

One Adjustment Per Service: The guarantee covers one follow-up appointment to address your concerns. We’ll do everything we can to ensure you leave happy!
What’s Not Covered by the Guarantee
While we’re committed to your satisfaction, there are a few situations not covered by the guarantee:

Unrealistic Color Expectations: If during your consultation, it was explained that your current hair condition, color history, or natural hair characteristics may limit how light or bright your highlights can lift or how color will deposit, a re-do will not apply to further lighten your hair. Our priority is to maintain the health and integrity of your hair while working toward your desired results.

Changes to your original request (e.g., wanting a completely different style or color).

Services performed by another salon after your visit with us.
